Do you have a minimum order quantity?
Yes, we require a minimum order of at least 100 pieces. This figure is the least
economically justifiable quantity for an export transaction. If you need less,

What is your payment requirement?
Orders placed in this web site do not require immediate payment. We do not
collect credit card or other financial information here. However, we do require
a deposit of 50% of the order amount to be made before we start processing the order.
Then the balance amount to be paid in full before the order is shipped.
How do you ship an order?
All our export shipments will be made FOB Cebu City, Philippines. We can ship
smaller quantities via international couriers like Fedex or UPS freight pre-paid,
or freight collect to your account. Larger shipments by container are of course
to be handled by freight forwarders from our side and brokers in your end.
How soon do you ship an order?
Normally, within 6 to 8 weeks from receipt of deposit. This will of course depend
on order quantities and the existing load level at our factory. This will be
thoroughly covered by our customer service representatives in their communication
with you.
